This is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Morniinc.in. This agreement applies to licenses issued via the world wide web and also it applies to online delivery of licensed material. Your purchased or use of the Licensed Material’s License implies that you have read and as well as accepted these Licensing Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

“Licensed Material” means the WordPress Themes, Plugins, PSD, and as well as HTML templates. Any reference in this Agreement to the Licensed Material shall be to each item within the Licensed Material and as well as to the Licensed Material taken as a whole.

Grant of Rights
  • The Licensed Material not sell. It provides to the Licensee under the terms of this agreement. It allows for the use of Licensed Material but does not transfer ownership. You must not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to the Licensed Material, modify, and as well as unmodified. This ownership remains with the Morniinc.in.
  • The Licensee is allowed to use and also install. The License Material to a maximum of one (1) regular WordPress installation on one domain he currently owns. (regular implies not making use of WordPress MS or Multi-Site to install the License Material on multiple sub-domains or sub-directories).
  • The licensee has the non-exclusive, non-transferable, and as well as non-sublicensable right to use the Licensed Material subject to the restrictions outlined in the Agreement.
  • All other products that we sell at Envato Market, which comes with 6 months of product support and still, you should be renewed manually at the end of the support period. If not, then we will not provide any kind of product support, and as well as product updates to you.
Restrictions
  • The Licensee may not sublicense, sell, assign, convey, and as well as transfer Licensed Material, this Agreement or any of its rights under this Agreement without prior written consent from Morniinc.in.
  • The licensee may not sell, license, and as well as distribute any derivative work based on the Licensed Material.
  • The licensee must not claim on the creation of the Licensed Material such as “Template By Your Company”, “Design By Your Company”, and as well as such similar statements.
  • The Licensee must not post or copy the Licensed Material, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, online media, and as well as any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.

Licenses are not time-limited so you may continue to use the purchased products even after your membership or support expires. Our documentation for the products is valid to open for everyone. So, you can access our docs section even after support expires. Keep in mind, if you may see the difference in the documentation section that depends on the current and/or latest version of products.

Morni Infotech holds the right to revoke membership and also theme license immediately by providing a refund to the customer anytime in the future.

Product Delivery

As soon as your payment has been confirmed, Morni Infotect will email your membership information within 24 hours. In case you have not received an email from us, please contact us at support@Morniinc.in. We will resend your account information manually. As soon as you receive the email with your account information, you have immediate access to our member’s area or my account area.

Please use a valid email address. If you use PayPal e-check, your order will take several days to process. (Note: Your order can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up from Paypal.)

Support

We provide technical support for Morni Infotech products through our Support Portal system. You can directly write a support email to support@Morniinc.in. Apart from what can be changed from a theme’s and plugin’s options and functions via the admin dashboard, we do NOT offer support for customizations to theme default coding or CSS. We provide paid customization services (subject to feasibility). Please submit your requests for customization on default coding or CSS by clicking here.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be given except in cases where the purchased product does not perform correctly on your hosting provider’s servers. Such server issues must be reported to us and that we are given a reasonable time to attempt to provide a fix, where possible. Another exception is the license revoke mentioned under Restrictions.

Privacy Policy

Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely to complete the transaction, deliver the product, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues.

Warranty

Browser compatibility should be tested by viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the theme. We do NOT guarantee that our products will work with all third-party extensions. Morni Infotech products are developed for and support whichever the latest framework version is at the time of purchase.

Terms & Conditions

Morni Infotech reserves the right to change or modify current Terms Of Use at any time with no prior notice. Therefore, we encourage you to review changes to our privacy policy every time you visit this website. Further, Morni Infotech reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the membership. Morni Infotech shall not be liable to you or any third party should Morni Infotech exercise its right to modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature of the membership.
